All consignors are required to return to the sale at 1:15 p.m. to help with clean-up and to collect unsold items. Meet in the hallway outside of the gym to give volunteers time to clear space for the after-sale sort. Please bring with you bins marked with your consignor number on the sides. We will be going through all items left on the floor and will be sorting them by consignor. There will be two sections marked as “donation” -one for clothing, one for all other merchandise. If a tag has a mark in the donation column the item goes in one of these two sections. Consignors should expect to stay until the gymnasium and cafeteria are clean and in pre-sale condition.
Please be sure to double-check your pile of returned items to be sure they are all yours. If you accidentally leave with another consignor’s merchandise, we ask that you contact us via email immediately and we will get the items returned to their proper owner.
Consignors can expect to receive a check for their proceeds within 2 weeks of the sale. With the $1 registration increase to $11, consignors will no longer need to provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Any items not picked up by 2:00 pm will be donated.
